So no matter which item you choose, large or small, you will be contributing to end malnutrition in underserved children of the world.

How do I know if an item contains an ingredient that I am allergic to?

At the bottom of each item description there is a small box with a list of ingredients for that specific item, so you’ll know in advance what you are getting. Let us know if you have any other diet requests

Each item will come with an instructions card. These are just general recommendations as how to take care of our products:

 How do I Care for my product?

Cakes:

All our cakes are freshly made daily from natural products. Because they are free of preservatives, they are intended to be enjoyed quickly. When you receive a cake from us, take it out of the box to inspect and place it in the fridge until you are ready to serve. Cakes are shipped with dry ice to keep the product at cool temperatures. When you open the package you may find some pieces of dry ice but it will be mostly evaporated. Please place the cakes promptly in the fridge as soon as you receive them.

For Layer Cakes; take the cake out of the cooler about an hour prior to serving, to better enjoy it.

For coffee Cakes; they are enjoyable when at room temperature, keep them in the cooler and place them at room temperature about two hours prior to serving.

If you have any left over cake, make sure you wrap it with a food wrap film or store in a saleable container and place it in the cooler to prevent the cake from absorbing other cooler odors. Always store pastries and cakes, wrapped, away from the door, and away from other foods with strong odors such as fish.

We strongly do not recommend freezing left over cakes.

 For cookies and Brownies:

Cookies will last about 14 days in its original packaging. Brownies will last about 12 days in its original packaging. You can always freeze cookies and brownies in its original packaging if you think that will not be used soon. When you are ready to serve them, take the cookies and brownies from the freezer and place them at room temperature for several hours prior to enjoyment. Cookies and Brownies will freeze well for 2 months

What happens if I am not satisfied with a product?

At Caramel Swirls we are committed to excellence in quality and customer service. Because we sell perishable products, all sales are final. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any part of your dessert experience, we will do anything possible to make you happy. If for any reason the product arrives damaged due to transit and handling, we’ll send you a replacement or grant a refund. Please take a picture of the product you have received to assess and to improve our service.

Do you ship to PO BOXES OR APO

No, we do not ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses 

To How many Addresses can I ship my order to?

You may ship gifts to many addresses that you wish but remember that there is a shipping fee for each different address

Do you deliver on Saturdays?

Saturday delivery may be available to specific areas and will carry an extra fee.

Can I place an order to be delivered on a Specific Date?

Yes you can as long as we are on time for production

How much is Shipping?

Shipping cost will be automatically calculated once you entered the delivery address before you confirm your order. Cakes will be shipped overnight, no exceptions.
