SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are to each individual address

Due to our perishable products Cakes are shipped overnight, no exceptions. Mirror Cookies  and Cafe Caramel cookies are shipped  2^nd day. Cookies, brownies, and coffee cakes may ship regular ground ship. To the West Coast we recommend 2^nd day delivery so you can receive it promptly.

DELIVERY AND TRANSIT TIMES

Our standard carrier is Fedex. Delivery of products occurs from Tuesday trough Fridays.

Orders placed by 12:00pm EST will be processed the following business day and will be shipped according to Customers specifications. If you place an order on Monday by 12 pm it will ship the next business day by your specifications. If you place an order on a Friday by 12 pm it will ship on Tuesday.

For overnight Packages the last day to place an order is on Wednesday to ship out on Thursday and arrive to your door on Friday. No overnight packages are sent out on Friday

Estimated Delivery Times are as follow:

Southeast area 1-2 business days

Southwest 2-3 business days

Mid West 3-4 business days

West Coast 5-6 Business days

These are just general guidelines; there may be delays due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

Please notify us if you need a product by a specific day and we’ll make any necessary arrangements

RETURNS

We would like for you to be very satisfied with our products. We recommend that you inspect the product as soon as you receive it to assess the problem. If for any reason the product arrives damaged due to transit and handling, we’ll send you a replacement or grant a refund. Please take a picture of the product you have received to help us serve you better.

Sometimes an item may shift during transit time. For cake purchases we strongly encourage you to have a person available at the time of delivery to place the cake in the fridge as soon as it arrives. Cakes are best enjoyed at cool temperatures.

At this time, shipping is only available in the United States.

Caramel Swirls Gourmet Cakes and Pastries fills and ships orders as quickly as possible; and we are not responsible for damages of any kind arising from an order not being received by the estimated delivery date. Caramel Swirls Gourmet Cakes and Pastries is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier and due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

Advance orders are welcome and will be shipped on the weekday specified by the customer. Please contact us directly to place an advanced order. Quantity discounts are also available.

Our desserts are baked to order with no preservatives or artificial flavors, they are intended to be eaten quickly. Please, observe the "enjoy by" date posted in each packaged product. Make sure that a person will be present at the moment of the delivery since our desserts are made fresh. With each order you'll receive a card with handling instructions, please follow those instructions for its best cullinary expierence.
