Coconut (unsweetened, unsulfured), milk caramel, evaporated cane juice, whole eggs, butter, cream, unbleached enriched wheat flour, milk, honey, Rum, vanilla extract (vanilla bean extractives in water, alcohol), dark chocolate (unsweetened chocolate, sugar, cocoa butter, milk fat, soy lecithin, vanilla), baking powder aluminum free (sodium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate, cornstarch, calcium phosphate).

    Ordered this cake for Thanksgiving and it was a huge hit. Wow is all I can say. It was WONDERFUL. Very rich and a little goes a long way. A must try if you like coconut!
