Pecans, all natural sugar (evaporated cane juice), unbleached enriched wheat flour, whole eggs, butter, cream, cream cheese (pasteurized milk and cream, cheese cultures, salt, locus bean gum), milk, ginger root, cloves, lemon zest, vanilla extract (vanilla bean extractives in water, alcohol), baking soda.

    Very unique, we loved the taste, it is great for the holidays as well. The ginger gives it a great final
