About Us



Caramel Swirls Gourmet Cakes and Pastries was founded in April of 2006 from a great passion for sweets and a desire for everybody to enjoy them.

Our management team is formed by husband and wife Gabriel Jorge and Patricia Calcetto. Patricia is the chef in charge of developing new recipes and selection of high quality products. By helping her mom to cook, at the age of 12 she started to prepare her own cakes and desserts to delight neighbors, friends, and family. Throughout the years, she received extensive education on preparation and decoration of desserts from well-known international chefs. 

Gabriel takes pride in administering the company as it grows. Gabriel comes from a family of successful business owners and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business as well.

Our cakes and pastries are deliciously made daily from scratch using the finest ingredients available. We do not use any preservatives, artificial fillings, or artificial colors. Together, Gabriel and Patricia work towards the same goal, to provide you with a tasteful, upscale product made from high quality all natural ingredients the market has to offer.
